I’m So Glad You’re Here
I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet client's unique needs and goals. My practice incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Gottman Couples Therapy, as well as Somatic Experiencing through the lens of Polyvagal and Trauma Resiliency (TRM).
After years of longing to facilitate healing at the physiological level, in 2024 I became certified in Neuro-Somatic Intelligence. This approach has been pivotal for me personally and professionally! Through applied neurology, I help individuals learn to regulate, repattern, and restore the nervous system, allowing individuals to move beyond survival mode and step into a life of balance, authenticity, and peace. By working directly with the nervous system, individuals are far more likely to experience profound and lasting change—transforming not only how they feel but also how they live, connect, and engage with the world around them.
I work with clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma and attachment disruptions, grief and loss, relational wounds, anxiety, depression, complex post-traumatic stress, sexual health and intimacy concerns, sleep disturbances, chronic pain, as well as struggles with communication and boundaries. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who long to reconnect with themselves and cultivate deeper, more attuned relationships with others.
Like many of my clients, I have experienced the pain of grief, loss, and life’s inevitable challenges. My personal journey has taught me the power of resilience, self-compassion, and authenticity. Through my own healing process, I discovered a deep passion for creating a safe, supportive space where others can explore their stories, build self-understanding, and step into their fullest potential.
I find joy in empowering my clients to reconnect with their authentic selves and build meaningful, loving connections with those who matter most. Together, we can uncover the strength and wisdom already within you, helping you live a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and true to who you are.
A safe place for those seeking healing, growth, and clarity.
My Focus

C.S Lewis said "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending."
My Philosophy
Life is a journey, and each of us navigates a unique path—facing challenges, seeking truth, and striving for growth. While we cannot change where we started or the experiences that have shaped us, we do have the power to choose how we move forward. We can reshape our path, shift our patterns, and equip ourselves with the tools needed to navigate life’s difficult stretches with greater ease and resilience.
Our experiences may shape us, and external expectations may influence us, but neither define us. As we explore our stories, repattern our nervous systems, and deepen our self-awareness, we gain clarity on how we show up in life and what may be holding us back from stepping fully into the life we long for. With this understanding, we can redefine our journey and step into our fullest potential—one choice, one step at a time.
It is truly an honor to walk alongside my clients, offering support as they embark on this transformative journey of healing, self-discovery, and growth.

As humans, we all face challenges and thrive when supported in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I am deeply passionate about working with individuals and couples as they learn to connect with and value their most authentic selves. My work is grounded in the belief that true healing emerges when we understand our biological responses to stress, apply somatic techniques to regulate and befriend the nervous system, and explore our core attachment needs. By expanding our resilience, we can cultivate deeper, more fulfilling connections with those we love.
My hope for clients is that they gain the confidence to integrate regulating and connecting practices into their daily lives—creating a foundation for a life they can build upon, look forward to, and find rest within.
I embrace the power of creativity and curiosity, fostering a dynamic and engaging therapeutic experience. I believe that showing up authentically creates a safe and supportive space for deep exploration and self-discovery. In our work together, I meet you where you are—whether that means sharing in moments of laughter, holding space for grief, or sitting with the full range of your emotions.
My core values—honesty, creativity, humor, curiosity, and empathy—guide me in fully supporting healing and transformation.
As a lifelong learner, I am committed to deepening my knowledge and skills. I continuously engage in reading, trainings, and consultation groups to expand my expertise and better serve my clients.
Outside of my professional life, my greatest passion is being a wife and mother. I find pure joy in dancing, laughing, and spending time with my family and friends. I’m naturally drawn to the water—whether it’s lakes, oceans, paddleboarding, or kayaking—and I love the freedom of long drives, mountain adventures, and exploring new places.
Dancing and music are the gateways to my heart. Beach vibes, reggae, and following my favorite artists at concerts and music festivals have become soul-nourishing pastimes. These experiences rejuvenate me, filling my spirit with joy and connection. One phrase I hold close to my heart is ‘Stay Irie’—a reminder to respect yourself, embrace happiness, and stay cool.
